We had a short day, so we continued introducing what a system of equations is. We began question 8 in section 5.1 in class, and they had to finish it for homework.

We began section 4.5 which is linear regression – writing an equation of a line that best represents “real-world” data.

We had a “fun” quiz on addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, then began our lesson on what systems of equations are. We did a simple graphical example of a system from section 5.1.
